Greetings. My name is Calvin CJ Ursin but most people call me Coach! I am former D-1 athlete and professional IFL football player. I have been personal training for over 8 years now and have been a certified personal trainer for over 5 years. My entire life I have been an athlete and training is very important to me. Practicing good health habits has served me well throughout my life and and with a little effort and time I can teach you how to be the best YOU you can be.
